Switch to 24 hour format
localectl set-locale LC_TIME=en_GB.UTF-8
Switch from UTC to CET
First we list all available CET timezones
timedatectl list-timezones | grep Europe
In order to use Europe / Copenhagen run the following command.
timedatectl set-timezone Europe/Copenhagen
